We appreciate your interest. This role is difficult to reduce to a checklist, but if asked to describe the person we're looking for, it’s someone with:

  • A love for storytelling that brings people together

  • The idealism to believe that collective action can spark change

  • The ambition to push beyond technical craft into leadership

  • The analytical sensibility to balance both creative and strategic objectives

  • The humility to do high-quality work in service of something bigger than ourselves
