experience

We value interdisciplinary experience. You might
be someone with a background in journalism, anthropology, consulting, social impact, or design strategy.
It’s all magic.

Thank You

We greatly appreciate your interest in collaboration. We also acknowledge that this role can be difficult to define, but if asked to describe the person we’re looking for, our response would be someone with the ability:

  • To interview a stranger and make them feel comfortable

  • To write convincingly (not just academically)

  • To work in self-directed scenarios

  • To map multiple projects at once with breadth and depth

  • To sustain focus through both strategy and implementation

  • To understand and hold space for adult learners

  • To break ideas down and put them back together in new ways

  • To track down hard to find information

  • To think in terms of social and business impacts

  • And, most importantly, to show resiliency in the face of obstacles, dignity for all people, and gratitude for the journey
